Follow-up Treatment: $100

HERBAL MEDICINE

Herbal medicine fees vary depending on your recommended treatment program. At your free initial exam, you’ll receive my recommendations, including all costs.

INSURANCE

I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Vermont. Co-pay and co-insurance rates vary. Not all plans cover acupuncture: please call the number on your insurance card to verify whether you have acupuncture benefits, what your co-pay or co-insurance rates are, and what restrictions apply. Insurance does not cover herbal medicine.

If you have acupuncture benefits through any insurer other than BCBS, I am happy to offer you a superbill to submit for possible out of network reimbursement of the treatment fee.

At this time, acupuncture is not a covered service for Medicaid (Green Mountain Care) or Medicare.

Many FSA or HSA plans will cover acupuncture services (though typically they won’t cover herbal prescriptions). I accept all FSA/HSA cards, as well as all major credit cards.
